Back in Jan. 2008 I furnished 30+ CD’s to City Hall and requested a copy of the audio of every Council meeting. 

It got to be a hassle with emails, phone calls, etc. trying to get the copies that I even got the State involved in an attempt to get them. The City stopped again, I just gave up.

2011, I took out papers to run for City Council. To my surprise, within 24 hours some of the Council audio recordings were hand delivered to me and for the next two days also. 

I contacted the State and let them know and made a bet with them. The bet was that if I lost the election these would stop. Guess what, I won the bet.

I have to assume that since the Mayor is in charge of City Hall, she was aware of the above, if not, why not?
